Returns Policy
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, you are required to email us with your order number and the reason for return within the specified period.
Returns can also be initiated for specific items from an order containing multiple products. All items being returned must be in their original packaging and include all components, along with any complimentary products or free gifts received as part of the order. Free gifts are considered an integral part of the purchase and must be returned along with the respective product. Farm Fresh Bioworks will arrange the return pickup, and no additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and successfully passes quality inspection, the refund process will be initiated. Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business daysfrom the date of receipt and verification, and it may take an additional 2 to 3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Payments made through credit cards, debit cards, net banking, or UPI will be refunded to the original mode of payment, while cash on delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer based on the details shared by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch by contacting us via email atinfo@ffbioworks.com with your order details. Once a cancellation request is received, our team will review and confirm the status of the order.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, the cancellation will be successfully initiated, and any applicable refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within3-4 working days.
However, once the order has been dispatched or shipped, it will no longer be eligible forcancellation.
Replacement Policy
We provide replacements only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective,tampered, incomplete, or incorrect. Customers are required to raise a replacement request within48 hours of delivery by emailing info@ffbioworks.com/customercare@farmfreshbioworks.com with their order number along with relevant proof as mentioned below.
To process a replacement request, clear visual evidence must be provided. This includes images of the outer shipping box, ensuring that the shipping label is clearly visible along with any visible damage, dents, or signs of tampering. Customers must also share images of the inner product packaging in unopened condition, clearly showing the batch number, MRP label, and manufacturing details, along with any visible damage to the packaging or seal.
All replacement requests will be reviewed within 4-5 business days of submission. Upon successful validation, a reverse pickup of the product will be arranged, and the replacement product will be dispatched within 3-5 business days after physical check of damaged product.
Replacement requests will be approved in cases where the product is physically damaged (such as a broken bottle or crushed packaging), the seal is tampered or missing, an incorrect product has been delivered, or items are missing from the order. However, due to safety and quality considerations, replacement or refund requests will not be accepted if the request is raised after 48 hours of delivery, if the product has been used, consumed, or partially used, if adequate visual proof is not provided, or if the damage is caused due to improper handling or storage after delivery. Requests based on minor packaging variations that do not impact product quality, personal dislike, taste preference, or perceived ineffectiveness will also not be eligible for replacement or refund.
All approved returns must be sent back in their original condition with complete packaging, labels, and accessories intact. Farm Fresh Bioworks reserves the right to review, validate, and approve or reject replacement requests based on the evidence submitted by the customer.
